Ramon Elepano

I migrated to New Zealand in 2001 and was born in the Philippines.

I gained my architectural degree in the Philippines in 1984. I started off initially with my apprenticeship working for a multi-discipline architectural firm which designed various structures for the US military bases in the Philippines and Guam and then worked with other outstanding architectural firms in Manila which designed and project managed high-end residential houses, high-storey apartment buildings, shopping malls & medical centres in Manila and Southeast Asia. My extensive design-build experience of retail shops, doctor’s clinics at hospitals and apartment blocks honed my skills in services coordination and construction detailing prior to moving to New Zealand.

My interests, when time permits, are exploring and capturing the beauty of our new home, New Zealand. I am also a member of a choir, which performs every third Sunday Mass in out Catholic community in Flat Bush. I also enjoy volunteering in my free time.
