Orewa Office
This unique building located in Orewa was built in the 50s and needed to secure a long-term tenant.
The architects at ICR Studios came up with design to give the office a face-lift (shown below, Taylors Road) which allowed the building to keep up with its contemporary neighbours. With this revamp the owners were able to secure a new tenant within days.
It looks edgy and modern despite only being a facelift.
