Andrea is an architectural graduate with 4+ years of experience working in Europe and New Zealand for different architectural offices and freelance work. She has successfully worked on 25+ projects of various magnitudes and levels of difficulty.
Andrea graduated from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria, with a Master of Architecture oriented on Universal Design and Accessibility.
During her studies, Andrea worked for Coop Himmelb(l)au, a world-class firm, where she was involved in international projects located in China, South Corea and Europe.
After completing her Master's degree, Andrea joined Architekt DI Dietmar Haberl, a smaller Austrian studio, where she was a project architect for several projects. Including residential buildings, medical centres, office buildings, police stations, and various store designs.
Andrea has experience in all stages of a project, from the first design steps to the final building documentation, and her main focus lies in cultural and environmental sustainability. Andrea believes a permanent change in the built environment is the key to a greener and healthier Aotearoa.
Andrea's design approach is influenced by the Bauhaus and International Style, as well as Scandinavian architecture. And she is passionate about finding new processes for design and construction.

In her free time, Andrea teaches and practice yoga and meditation,
enjoys the great outdoors with her partner and likes to share dinners with her friends.
