The site has expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf which has dictated much of the design brief for this project. The interior spaces have a very high level of finish with some walls being lined in Oak concealing secret doors to the amenity areas. The two stairs have been constructed in steel to allow them to float over the entrance atrium and picture windows.

Huge credit goes to Craig Ion Builders who were pedantic about getting the details and finishes right. Well done Craig.
