The brief was to establish a retail building that was a 'step above the rest' compared to other retail developments within this area. The building is constructed from precast concrete panels, structural steel frames with a full glazed front elevation. The retail elevations were wrapped in a Korowai of geometric timber and steel rain screens, aluminium in-fill panels and glass. A very handsome building indeed.
